5. Fees & Payment

Fee Structure

Our standard fee structure is based on successful recovery:

  • Success Fee: 15-30% of recovered funds, depending on case complexity
  • Consultation: Initial case assessment is provided free of charge
  • Retainer: Some complex cases may require an upfront retainer

Specific fees for your case will be detailed in your Service Agreement, which you must sign before we commence work on your case.

Third-Party Costs

Certain cases may incur third-party costs such as legal fees, filing fees, or expert witness fees. These costs will be communicated to you in advance and require your approval before being incurred.

Payment Terms

Success fees are typically deducted from recovered funds before disbursement. For cases requiring upfront payments, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and major cryptocurrencies.

Refund Policy

Retainer fees may be partially refundable if we are unable to proceed with your case due to factors outside your control. Success fees are non-refundable once funds have been recovered and distributed.
